In September I helped the Greenhouse Trust in Craigmiller by delivering two Saturday workshops in the Greendykes Allotments and at The Hunters Hall Co op's allotment. It was nice to see everyone again. We went through what to grow in winter and how to use willow.
I finished a mural for Prior Park School in Berwick,through Creative Partnerships and helped the special needs group at the pennypit centre make a fet wall-hanging through the Arts Service in East Lothian
I also went to Doune the Rabbit Hole with my yurt and to the Traquair Fair. I ran some forest school activities at Newhailes House for their green day,and took some teacher training courses for the FEI in Edinburgh.
During the summer I also set up Forest Schools here in North Berwick.
I am now a supply learning assistant to schools in Edinburgh and I am also working freelance with Fairbridge. We will shortly be having an exhibition of photographs we took along the Water of Leith to highlight biodiversity with the Water of Leith Visitor Centre.
In November I will be helping the Direlton After School Club make Christmas decorations and In February I will be taking a felt making workshop at Direlton Art Gallery.
